Who are Behind this?
Ajay Kumar is the person behind the execution of this idea, the founder of this website and person managing the whole initiative. He is a Software Engineer and Social Worker who uses his technology skills to find appropriate ways of creating social change. He keeps travelling to villages across UP, Bihar & Rajasthan where he currently works for a non-profit organisation working on "sustainable livelihood" programs. Shefaly Yogendra is the person behind the idea who is excited to make this into a useful movement and helping Ajay Kumar in managing the volunteers and doing community/media outreach. Based in London, she heads a boutique consulting firm that advises investors in highly regulated industries including financial services, infrastructure and life sciences. Many of her investor clients are investing or thinking of investing in India, hence her deep interest in these sectors in India. Shefaly is an alumna of IIM Ahmedabad and has a PhD in decision-making from the University of Cambridge.
