Lashkar-e-Toiba founder Hafiz Saeed tops the list of India's 50 most wanted terrorists, which the Government believes are in Pakistan.
The list was handed over by Union Home Secretary GK Pillai to his Pakistan counterpart Chaudhary Qamar Zaman during the Home Secretary level talks in March in New Delhi.
While Saeed tops the list, others include Sajid Majid (listed No. 2), Sayed Abdur Rehman alias Pasha (3), Major Iqbal (4), Illyas Kashmiri (5), Abu Hamza, Dawood Ibrahim (8), Anees Ibrahim, Chhota Shakeel, Major Sameer Ali and Zaki Ur Rehman Lakhvi (49).India has accused Saeed, Sajid Majid, Sayed Abdur Rehman, Major Iqbal, Major Sameer Ali and Abu Hamza of being involved in the conspiracy to carry out the November 2008 Mumbai terror attacks.
Interestingly, except one, all these members of the gang are Indian citizens and now hiding in Pakistan to evade law here.

Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Maulana Masood Azhar, who was released in exchange of hostages in the Khandhar hijack episode in 1999 and masterminded the 2001 Parliament attack, is also on the list.
